While we have made every effort to accurately depict materials, textures, and colors, the digital rendering on your device may differ slightly from the physical object due to screen configurations. ELYQ reserves the right to refine product specifications—such as our curated 24-rib architecture—or discontinue specific models as part of our pursuit of uncompromising quality and performance.

Section 3 - Orders and Operational Speed

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Due to our commitment to operational precision, orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within a 24-hour window. Consequently, it is generally not possible to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been validated by our system. Your acquisition is subject to our Refund Policy, and you warrant that your purchase is for personal use and not for commercial resale.

Section 4 - Pricing and Value Perception

The price of an ELYQ object is a reflection of its material integrity, technical assembly, and our commitment to uncompromising quality standards. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price in effect at the moment of your order will always remain final. You agree to provide complete and accurate payment information to maintain the integrity of the transaction.

Section 5 - Logistics and Delivery

We partner with specialized carriers to ensure your object arrives in its intended condition. While all delivery times are carefully determined estimates based on regional logistics, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our direct control. The risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the product to the carrier.

Section 6 - Intellectual Property and Brand Heritage

All original content within our services—including our brand name, logo, custom-written text, architectural imagery, and cinematography—is the exclusive property of ELYQ. These assets are protected by international intellectual property laws. While the technical 24-rib architecture is a curated element of our product’s engineering, the specific visual identity, material composition, and branding of ELYQ objects are proprietary. You are permitted to use our services for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction of our unique brand assets or proprietary content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Section 7 - Third-Party Integration

We may provide access to optional third-party tools or links to external resources for your convenience. We do not monitor or control these external resources and shall have no liability arising from your use of such tools. It is your responsibility to review the specific policies and practices of any third party before engaging in a transaction.

Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors or omissions relating to product specifications, pricing, or transit times. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies and to update information or cancel orders if any data is found to be incorrect, even after an order has been submitted.

ELYQ provides a limited warranty of five (5) years from the date of acquisition. This warranty covers structural defects in the 24-rib fiberglass architecture and the mechanical integrity of the opening mechanism.

  • Our Approach: In line with our "Repair, Don't Replace" philosophy, we reserve the right to repair the original object to restore its functional state.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover aesthetic wear and tear, damage from improper use, or extreme weather conditions exceeding the product’s technical specifications.

  • Limitation: Except as provided in this warranty, ELYQ provides its services on an "as is" basis and is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use.

Section 12 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and all agreements through which we provide services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ELYQ is headquartered. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within that region.
